With the 2016 Philippine Superliga (PSL) Grand Prix drawing near, foreign players have started to arrive to train with their respective teams and develop chemistry with their local counterparts.

It is said that this batch of imports could be the strongest ever.

Petron will parade high-flying Stephanie Niemer and Serena Warner; Generika will have Caribbean star Darlene Ramdin and Ukrainian Polina Liutikova; RC Cola-Army will be bannered by former United States national juniors team standout Kierra Holst and Hailie Ripley; Foton called on old hands Lindsay Stalzer and Ariel Usher; and Cignal will display Puerto Rico’s Olympic team skipper Lynda Morales and Laura Schaudt.

The only team without reinforcements is F2 Logistics.

The Cargo Movers, however, are expected to name their choices on Thursday.

In this week’s Sweetest Tweets, let’s check out the reactions of local players as their imports started to take the country by storm.

Cignal’s defense specialist Jheck Dionela checks how she looks like between two six-footers.

Yes, there’s no “I” in team; but there’s an “I” in dinner

Developing chemistry has never been this fun
